1. Originally referred to a Mafia boss but in more recent usage refers to a minor leader within a Mafia family, chief of a crew. Also referred to as a captain, skipper or lieutenant. short for caporegime or capodecina.

2. It is abbreviation for Comare of Prosecutor.
Comare: a Mafia mistress; "goumada" (slang pronunciation).
Prosecutor : It's the fundamental word of devil which taken from the Greek word that is diabolos which means enemy, adversary, and prosecutor.
