CR - Weisse Frauen

well, I just feel like I want to draw Weisse Frauen since I never see her lately~
moreover I draw this for CR application sheet that I will submit later on~
Weisse Frauen is a Henshin form of Fraulein S. Roosevelt
when I drew her at the very first time a long time ago for WAR E Submission,
I feel there is something missing, therefore while drawing this, I try to characterize her Henshin form and her Canvas again,
and I find that she lacks of Capo (leader) and Comare (mafia lady) figure, so I try to add captain hat to cover that lack,
in addition, it gives her more charismatic aura (?) and looks better with that captain hat~
